Len Hergott
Len has been in the farm equipment business and with Hergott Farm Equipment
Ltd. since 1981, beginning as a Truck Driver, then moving into the Equipment Assembly Department. Len moved into the Sales Department in 1984. Len has plenty of hands-on experience with the equipment he sells as he was also involved in a small farming operation.
Len and his wife Leah have three children and reside in Humboldt. He is actively involved in Humboldt Minor hockey and serves as President of the Humboldt Broncos Junior Hockey Club. Len enjoys golfing, boating and spending time with his family. Len serves the territory West – Southwest of Humboldt.

Lorne Pratchler
Lorne was raised on a family farm east of Humboldt. Having a keen interest in livestock and grain production, Lorne brings with him a solid understanding what is needed and expected in farm equipment.
Lorne began in our Parts Department in 1986. Since 1998, Lorne has been responsible for the sales territory East/Southeast of Humboldt covering the areas between Lockwood in the South to Quill Lake & St. Front in the East.
Lorne lives in Humboldt with his wife Michelle and their four children. He is a very active member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Augustine Parish and enjoys fishing on the lakes throughout the province.

Joe Fischl
Joe has been involved in the farm equipment business since 1977. He started in his home town of Middle Lake as a Partsman for IH and continued in parts at a larger location until 1984, when he moved to Humboldt and began in our Sales Department.
With Joe’s parts knowledge and friendly personality, he fit into the Hergott Farm Equipment sales team exceptionally well. His sales territory is primarily North of Humboldt from Vonda, NW to Pleasantdale in the NE.
In the winter Joe keeps a close eye on hockey and also enjoys a good hunt or a round of golf. Joe is married to Brenda and has three children.

Paul Wegleitner
Paul, who was raised on a local farm, started at Hergott Farm Equipment in 1978 by hauling and assembling farm equipment. He graduated from Kelsey Institute as a Journeyman Heavy-Duty Repair Technician in 1984. In 1989, he ventured into Alberta as an Assistant Service Manager for three years and progressed into Service Manager and After Sales Marketing positions. In 1995, after 17 years in the agriculture repair industry, Paul became a Sales Representative at a progressive Case IH dealership in Alberta. In 2000 he returned back to Hergott Farm Equipment as our High Clearance Sprayer Representative. His Case IH – Patriot sprayer territory covers an area west to #2 Highway, East to Highway #35, South to Highway #15 and North to the tree line. He also maintains two smaller territories for all new and used products: Humboldt, Young, Lockwood and Humboldt, Annaheim, Pleasantdale, Naicam, and Spalding.
Paul & Linda have four children, all of which are on adventures of their own.
